I'm an accidental homemaker (meaning my attitude as a teenager was sometimes compared to Jeanine Garofalo!) who is trying to do the best she can and is finding sides of herself emerging as the need may be in her chosen role as Home Engineer!
We are recent transplants from the Pacific NW, so you'll see the East Bay through my newbie eyes. I want to share simple, wholesome, family-friendly activities and ideas. Things I like and some not so much, things I want to try, experiments gone wrong, crazy ramblings from a SAHM cooped up with preschoolers a little too long. Maybe you'll learn from my crazy ramblings and experimental attempts, like I have from so many others'.
